Information we process

When you visit this website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and security logs. When you contact us by email or an enquiry form, we process the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company and message.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, prepare or perform an agreement, keep required business records and improve our service. We rely on legitimate interests, steps taken at your request before an agreement, performance of an agreement and legal obligations, as applicable.

Who receives it

Access is limited to Centilix B.V. staff and service providers that need the data to operate website hosting, email, security or business administration for us. We require those providers to protect the data and use it only for the relevant service. We share data with authorities only when required by law.

Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for no more than 24 months after the last relevant contact, unless a business relationship, legal obligation or dispute requires a longer period. We retain technical security logs only for the period needed to protect and troubleshoot the service.

Your rights
